Direction for use
- Scrape griddle to remove loose debris.
- Attach pad to holder.
- Pour one pack of liquid onto 300-350F griddle.
- Spread and scour with pad using moderate pressure.
- Push liquid into grease trap with squeegee.
- Repeat steps if heavily soiled.
- Turn off griddle, wipe with thick wet cloth, then lightly oil and wipe off excess oil with a dry cloth.
